Integrative Breathwork Therapy (IBT)

Integrative Breathwork Therapy (IBT) is an approach to psychotherapy that teaches the self-regulation of breathing and the application of mindfulness and deep relaxation in an approximately one hour therapist guided session.

IBT has been developed by Lloyd Lalande as an empirically supported refinement of existing breathwork approaches. Current research focuses on the effectiveness of IBT as a treatment for anxiety and depression.
